These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all access to and use of the fb778 platform, including the website available at fb778.ws, all associated mobile-optimised pages, game interfaces, betting markets, account management tools, promotional features, and customer support services (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by fb778 ("fb778", "we", "us", "our"). In cases where a Player is found to have falsely represented their age, all winnings will be voided and any deposited funds returned after deduction of applicable administrative costs.

All financial transactions on the fb778 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fb778 does not currently accept transactions denominated in foreign currencies. The following provisions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

4.1 Deposits. Deposits may be made via the supported payment channels listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer from major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks are also accepted via 3D Secure gateway.

• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account balance within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits are processed within 2 hours during standard banking hours (9:00 AM–4:00 PM BST, Sunday–Thursday).
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Individual payment channels may impose their own minimum thresholds which supersede fb778's minimum where higher.
• fb778 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Any fees applied by the payment provider are the Player's responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions before they can be processed:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed to fb778's satisfaction prior to the first withdrawal and may be re-requested at any subsequent withdrawal at fb778's discretion.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your balance must have their applicable wagering requirements fulfilled in full before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to fund your account.
• fb778 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing times.

• Finality of bets: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player.
• Insufficient funds: Wagers may not be placed if the account balance is insufficient to cover the stake. Partially-funded bets will not be accepted.
• Technical errors: fb778 reserves the right to void any bet or game round in which a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed error has materially affected the outcome. Winnings generated from demonstrably erroneous odds or game states will be voided.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of this Agreement, the remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at fb778's initiative for any reason other than a breach by the Player, the verified account balance at the time of closure (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting fb778 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance net of unsatisfied bonus requirements will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. fb778 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fb778 will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are written and published exclusively in English. The English-language version of this Agreement is the authoritative and legally binding version. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
